About Us

iGrow Kinderkinetics was established in 2023 and is a registered practice at the South African Institute for Kinderkinetics (SAPIK).
Kinderkinetcists are continuously trained in the newest research and development in the field and can assist typical and atypical children.

Our Programs

Ages 0 to 13 years

Red Head Baby

Baby Stimulation Lessons

0 to 24 months

These lessons focus on stimulation exercises for babies which is adapted to their age. These lessons can be in groups or one on one lessons.

A big focus point in these lessons are for the babies to reach their milestones on time, such as rolling, crawling and walking. 

Movement Lessons

Ages 2 to 7 years

Movement lessons focus on developing perceptual motor skills in children while assisting with social development.

A big focus point in these lessons are school readiness movements in group form or in one on one lessons.

Wellness Lessons

8 to 13 years

These lessons focus on improving the fitness levels of children while also focusing on sport skills, speed, fitness and agility.

These lessons are group based or can be done with one on one attention.

Remedial Lessons

Ages 2 to 13 years

Remedial lessons are individualized lessons that assists the child with any challenge they may face. These lessons solemnly run on individualized attention where the lessons are planned specifically for the child.

Wise Eye Reading Therapy

Individualized lessons for learners aged three to 20 aimed at improving reading proficiency. The intervention targets spelling, fluency, reading speed, comprehension, phonemic awareness, eye muscle control, and reading-related self-efficacy.
